You know the drill. You’re in so much pain, the pain basically drives you to your massage appointment. You crawl onto the treatment table, bracing yourself for the agony that’s about to ensue, hoping the friendly chit chat will be a welcome distraction because … no pain no gain, right?
WRONG!
I’m a school-counselor-turned-massage-therapist-turned-personal-coach. By conservative estimates, I’ve logged a combined 7800 hours into a 4 year Psychology Degree (2012), a 2 year Massage Therapy Diploma (2016), and a 9 month Coaching program (2020).
What this really means is, I’m a life-long learner and I’m passionate about helping people.
I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of body and mind, and I feel incredibly honored to use my unique combination of skills to help make a difference in people’s lives.
And I love celebrating their successes and wins!
